Quiet the Noise. Trust Yourself Again.

Evidence based therapy for Intrusive Thoughts, Self-Criticism & Overwhelm. Based in Los Angeles and online across California & New York

You're successful on the outside.

But inside your mind never seems to stop.

You overanalyze conversations. Question your decisions. Hold yourself to impossible standards. You may appear calm and capable to others while privately struggling with anxiety, self criticism, obsessive thoughts or the feeling that you're constantly falling behind.

Find your way back to YOU

Mindfully You Therapy is a private practice based in Los Angeles offering evidence based treatment to help you break free from the patterns that keep you stuck and create a life guided by your values rather than fear, doubt, or burnout.

We believe meaningful change happens when evidence-based treatment is combined with a genuine therapeutic relationship built on trust, warmth, and understanding.

We honor each person's unique experiences, relationships, cultural background and life circumstances. Therapy is never one-size-fits-all and our work will be tailored to your individual goals and needs.

You don't have to keep carrying everything on your own. Together, we'll develop practical tools to help you navigate life's challenges while building greater resilience, flexibility and self-compassion.

Between stimulus and response there is space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.
