50 minute individual therapy session: $200
Choosing to start therapy is an investment in yourself and your well-being. We value the time, care and commitment that go into the work we do together. If our standard fees present a financial hardship, you're welcome to inquire about a reduced fee. A limited number of reduced-fee appointments may be available based on financial need and availability.
Insurance
Mindfully You Therapy is an out-of-network practice and does not bill insurance directly. If your insurance plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement. We provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
If you have questions about your coverage, we recommend contacting your insurance provider to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits.

Choosing an out-of-network therapist allows us to provide care that is personalized, confidential, and centered on your unique needs, not the requirements of an insurance company.
Personalized Care
Insurance companies often require a mental health diagnosis and may place limits on the number, frequency, or type of sessions they will cover. Working outside of insurance allows us to determine the treatment that is best for you, based on your goals rather than insurance guidelines.
Greater Privacy
Insurance billing requires sharing personal health information, including a diagnosis, with your insurance company. By remaining out of network, your mental health information stays between us, except where disclosure is legally required.
Transparent Fees
Therapy costs are straightforward and predictable. You'll always know the cost of your sessions without worrying about deductibles, changing copays, or unexpected insurance decisions.
Thoughtful, High-Quality Care
We intentionally maintain a limited caseload so we can provide focused, individualized care to every client. During our sessions, our attention is fully on you - without distractions, multitasking, or feeling rushed. When you reach out with questions, you'll communicate directly with Dr. Kochamba.
