Dr. Kristen Kochamba

Founder | Licensed Clinical Psychologist

I have trained at leading academic and medical institutions, including the UCLA Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior, Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, and Loma Linda University School of Medicine. I have advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Mindful Self-Compassion, and Attachment-Focused EMDR. I am a diplomate certified in CBT through the Academy of Cognitive Therapy and previously served as Secretary-Treasurer for the Southern California chapter of the Association for Contextual Behavioral Science.

Most importantly, this work is deeply personal to me. During a difficult period in my own life, I experienced firsthand the impact of having a therapist who made me feel truly seen, understood, and accepted. I learned that therapy can offer a kind of support and compassionate attention that many of us may not consistently experience elsewhere.

That experience shaped the way I practice today. I became passionate about creating a space where people feel safe enough to heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves in a meaningful way.

Jessica Robinson

Associate Marriage and Family Therapist

Hi, my name is Jessica and I take a client-centered and integrative approach to my practice.

Through a collaborative process, you gain insight into your past and how those events, feelings, and relationships have shaped your lived experiences today. Further, you receive skills to cope, empower, and cultivate agency and decision-making in and outside the room.

However, the relationship between Client and Therapist will always be at the heart of all that we do and built upon empathy, compassion, warmth, and authenticity. Having personally endured anxiety related to life transitions, grief, and trauma, I understand the value and growth that therapy can bring to one's life and am honored to support you on your journey towards wholeness.
